YOUR HOSTS

Myself and Hannah, a co-owner of Lovebrook Farm, have teamed up to deliver Hannah’s successful Women Wellbeing In Nature Course. We are both passionate about creating connections with ourselves and our environment through our relationship to nature.

WHO’S IT FOR?

These sessions are particularly aimed at women who may have experienced challenges including depression, anxiety, trauma, social isolation or chronic illness. It is a compassionate space, where participants will be invited to participate in as much as they feel comfortable with on any particular day. Participants will need to have enough physical mobility to move around in a countryside environment, and feel comfortable being outdoors for the majority of the session.

COURSE DATES FOR SPRING SUMMER 2024

Thur 11 April till May 23 (no class on May 30/ 7 weeks)
Thur June 6 to July 18, (7 weeks)

ABOUT THE COURSE

WHAT TO BRING

Yourself just as you are. Weather appropriate clothing. The group meets whatever the weather outside or under gentle shelter. Lunch to enjoy post session with the group.
